Team Metallic Wind - Written

A tall and sturdy skarmory slowly walks over to a building unknown to him, he sighed as he approached. "I didn't expect such a rainy night to occur, my fault for not knowing this would happen." He shivers a tad and shakes to become dry, the steel bird was concerned that it might be too late to do what he has wanted to do for months.

A thought ran through his head, a saying from his home that helped him get to where he wanted in the first place, he slowly looked up and silently recites the thoguht in his head. "Patience is a beacon, to thow that will be given a great reward." The skarmory looks down, with a grin on his face, he so ever walks closer to the building. Before he could knock the door flew open as there were an emergency.

"Come in, come in! My goodness, come in! I can't believe you've all been waiting outside in the rain all this time! You could have knocked earlier, you know!"

The bird was startled and wanted to attack due to such suprise, but he didn't and kept calm. So he walks through the door with no hesitation, and shakes off the last bit of rain on his wings and body. "Hello sir.." He stopped himself and thinks for a moment. 'This guy threw the door open like there was no tomorrow, wonder how he knew I was outside.'

"My name is Callahan, or Calla, for short. I'm the guild registrar, you know. I'm quite good at it!"

The skarmory stood there with no answer of any kind, thinking that if he tries to speak he would be more likely be interuppted, he looks at the energetic pokemon and thinks. 'He seems quite nice, full of energy, and intelligent. Don't say nothin if he is goin to probably say somethin before or during your sentence.'

"Oh, please allow me to take your belongings, they're all wet! I'll just hang them in front of the fireplace to dry as we go over the formalities."

"Uh... Thanks, but I don't have any attire on, nor do I have anything to wear. Heh heh.." he looks around a bit and back at the pokemon holding some papers.

"And the paperwork, of course! There will be a lot of that, don't you worry one bit!"

"Alright then!" He smiles a bit, but thinks. 'Why is he smiling about that, its gonna be like learning how to fly again ain't it'

"You do have the forms that we've mailed you filled out, yes? That does always make things go much quicker here."

"What's this? These forms are soaking wet.. and the ink has run! Goodness, we're in for a lot more paperwork than I could have hoped to dream of!"

The steel bird speaks silently to himself. "Ah, piss!"

"No matter, I have spare forms, and all the time in the world! I trust you have no pressing appointments yet, so I'll write down your information now."

'This ain't goin to be quite fun now isn't it.' He thought to himself, he settles himself down in front of a desk, and awaits a response.

"With your help, of course."

"Let's get right down to it, shall we? My fastest time for entering a team in the official guild registrar is a touch under a few hours; let's see if we can break the record!"

"All right now.. name, please?"

"The name's Shinzuo, its morally from a language I my family knows back in my hometown, shouldn't be that complicating to pronounce I hope." He said to the registrar with a normal tone of voice.

"Ahh.. what.. commo- er, good name you have! How do you spell them?"

"The name isn't quite common around here, but if you insist." He dips the tip of his steel feather in some ink and writes it down on a piece of paper, saying the letters as he writes. "S.H.I.N.Z.U.O, its morally pronounced shin-zoo."

"Interesting spelling! Are you foreign? French, perhaps?"

"I don't know french, but as I said, its in a language my family knows." He responds kindly.

"Ah, no, forget it, France is just made up here, you know. Often used as comic relief. Er, just forget that".

"Moving on!"

"What alias do you wish to give you lot of fellows? I hope it's something good! I've been so bored by Pokemon insisting to use a name like "Team Awesome" or anything of the sort. More like "Team Mediocrity," I like to think! I'm sure you have a much more original name."

Without hesitation, Shinzuo quickly says a name that came straight to his mind. "Team Metallic Wind!"

"I knew you wouldn't let me down! Is that the normal spelling, or do you insist on losing letters, or replacing them altogether entirely? (I hope not..)"

"Normal spelling, nothin special." he responded

"And.. done. All right! Next topic!"

"You, lad! You seem to be the leader of the team, here. Why don't you tell me about yourself? Please make it interesting! I'm not filing a police report, you know. I don't get paid for this, either. I do it for the stories people tell! Everyone has a story! (Some are better than others, though. That's for sure..) However, I do hope yours isn't filled to the brim with angst and darkness, you know. We have enough of that as it is with the recent crises we've been going through!"

"If you insist on weaving a yarn of incredible sadness and general malaise, please make it good. I'll discern the necessary details from your story and put it down in the log book here."

"For starters, i'm a bit shorter than normal skarmory, compared to others i'm about 2-3 inches shorter, but my wingspan weirdly enough stayed that same, my steel feathers are sharper and stronger making me quite a fighter against anyone." He pauses for a moment after seeing a piece of grass stuck between 2 feathers and picks it out.

He looks back up and continues. "My steel body is more darker and more sturdy, though my ability is not sturdy, my tail is sharper and darker as well, but the the tips is chipped due to a fight way back."

"I enjoy fighting depending on my opponent, if he is strong, then it would be real fun for me, if he is weak, I wont find much entertainment in the fight, not too much about my fighting style or skills other than they consist mainly stats and attacking."

"I'm not much of a joker, but if the pun is good then I might laugh, but it depends on what the joke is about, my weakness to fire is close to a resistance due to my appeitite to Occa berries."

"And I believe thats a good enough info about me, I hope its good enough." He grins slightly.

"What an enchanting tale! I can see why you'd probably like to join the.."

"Rogue guild!" He interrupts

'Very well, then! It seems I have all I need in order to register you here in our peaceful Tao Village! Just to make sure all the facts are correct, please look over them and sign your initials at the bottom! Don't forget to sign off on your belongings! You wouldn't believe how many people forget their accessories, only to leave them here with me! (Please don't do that, I have so many things cluttering up my attic in dusty old boxes..)"

"Alright, no worries." He replies

Description of use: He slams his wings together making a loud eerie noice that can rupture anyones ear drums, making their defense go down harshly.

Description of use: He sheds a layer of steel off his body, wings, and head and become lighter making him faster by 2 stages.

Would you really want them to fill out all this paperwork from scratch? There's no problem with me for that, I assure you! This is just a convenient foresight! There is only room enough for four signatures on here, though, so please, no more members than that!"

"Quite.."

"Well, now! I don't think I'll keep you here any longer, I have everything I need from you! I haven't broken any records for time tonight, though. Your story took up quite a bit of it! (Thankfully, it didn't put me to sleep.. it's happened before). Oh well! Time to conclude our business here!"

"Thank you kindly sir!" He leaves the building and is quite happy that he has joined the guild he wanted.
